Yes! We offer a 90 day warranty for the work we perform. Parts for any repairs would be warrantied from the parts manufacturer.
Payment for "On-Site Fee" and 1 hour "Hourly Rate" are due before tech is dispatched.
Inspections are due in full before day of inspection.
If service is unable to be completed the "Hourly Rate" payment will be refunded.
For all cancelled appointments any amounts paid will be refunded, less the 5% merchant fees, if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance.

We are a 100% mobile service, we come to you! Work will be performed on site, wherever your RV is located. At your home, campsite, or storage facility, all are fine by us.
We are a mobile business and our service locations vary frequently. We post our current and upcoming locations on the home page of our website, so be sure to check our locations before booking.
Our "On-Site" rate will cover a distance up to 30 miles from our location. However we are willing to travel further for an additional "fuel surcharge" of $3 per mile for each mile over 30. No charge to you for our drive home.
We do perform the majority of RV services. However, our insurance policy will not allow us perform motor or drivetrain work on motorized RV's. These services require the use of an automotive shop. It will however allow us to perform services on towable brakes and suspension.
No, our insurance and licensing does not permit us to move any RV.
No, we do not. Because we are mobile we simply don't have the shop space or heavy equipment required to do these types of repairs.
